Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 2024

At Connex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer returns and refunds based on the following conditions.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at support@connexcard.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.

Return Shipping:

  • For customers within Canada and the USA, return shipping is free.
  • For customers in other regions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@connexcard.com. 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom items are non-refundable unless they are damaged. If they arrive damaged, please contact our support team at support@connexcard.com.
